Well I knocked off a bit of dust and put in some scraps to prove that I have been working. Some.
I've had a crappy couple of weeks, My great-grandmother died, (she had a big hand in my upbringing so it hurt a bit more than average "great 2nd cousin twice removed how was I related to this person again death"), and my parents also split up, and my mom moved out in the last 2 months.
So not only have I had next to no time to get in drawing, but my urge to draw, or do anything really has had scissors thrown into it for right now. My mood is improving, I just need to get back on track. It won't be much longer.
And my scanner's just a piece of crap, I need a new one. I'm hoping to get a new, not half-broken one, along with a tablet so I can do a hybrid, kind of hand drawn- digital mix for my doujins and graphic novels.
But I've got a bit of a plan, I've decided I'm gonna put up my Doujins on DrunkDuck, or something like that, as they get drawn. All of them (4 Different Series) are mostly planned out so it won't be much longer until they're starting to be actually produced.
As for my Original Graphic Novels, they're still in the works. Amber and I almost have the timeline for Aeon's Wheel planned out, and will start storyboarding it soon. Blood Relations on the other hand, is a lot more lofty and in a "after we're finished with these" kind of place.
I have yet to decide where I'm going to put them. But, With time.
So I think I'm gonna go, I might upload some more pics of character sheets I've been doing for AW (actual pictures, I did them on 14"X17" bristol), and some framed Kanji I've been doing for my friends and family's birthdays. I'll also try to actually finish some drawings I've been working on and get them up.
Oh, and my senior year starts August 25th.
I can't believe it's my last year of high school already.
